When you request an inspection, submit a form, use our chat assistant, text us, or call, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your roof or project. Chat conversations with our AI assistant are processed by our AI service provider to generate responses and are logged with your inquiry.
Information collected automatically. We use analytics tools (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, and PostHog) that collect device and usage data — pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location from IP address, browser type, and referral source (including campaign parameters). PostHog may record how visitors interact with pages (session replay) to help us improve the site; these recordings mask typed form input by default. We use cookies and similar technologies for these purposes, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse.
When you provide your mobile number and consent to be contacted, Skyline RoofWorx may send you text messages from our toll-free and local business numbers about your inquiry and services — for example appointment scheduling and confirmations, inspection reminders, project and service updates, and follow-ups about your request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties.
