All financing is subject to the lender’s own application, credit approval, and loan agreement — read the lender’s terms carefully before signing. Any financing figures on this site (such as “same-as-cash” periods or example payments) are illustrations only and can change without notice. Your financing agreement is between you and the lender; issues with a loan should be raised with the lender directly, though we’ll help point you to the right contact.
Workmanship warranties and manufacturer material warranties are defined by the written warranty documents you receive with your project — those documents control their scope, duration, transferability, and exclusions. Manufacturer warranties are issued and honored by the manufacturer under its own terms. Except as stated in a signed agreement or written warranty, our services and this website are provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyline RoofWorx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For roofing services, our total liability is limited as set out in your signed agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights under Alabama or Georgia consumer-protection law.
